Kevin Stockdale, BSc ACA

Kevin was Finance Director of Interpet Ltd responsible for the audited accounts of Lawrence PLC while Interpet was a subsidiary company in the group. Interpet was sold in 2004 and Kevin remained with it as Finance Director. He rejoined the group in September 2007 as Finance Director.
Julia Trouse

Julia joined the group in 1993 as financial controller of Petworld Superstores Ltd and became group financial controller in 1999 and company secretary in 2004. She joined the Board in September 2007.
David Danson

- Born 1946
David is a veterinary surgeon and a Member of the Roayl College of Veterinary Surgeons in London. He is a Director and chief operating officer of Safeguard Biosystems (Holdings) Limited, a biotech company focusing on diagnostics.
David is also non-executive director of Moredun Scientific Limited, which provides services to the animal health, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. He was previously chief operating officer of UA Group plc which he helped lead to a successful sale for £52m in 2005.
